Refund Policy for Sessions and Services

At Kattia Mendoza, each session is booked with dedicated time and preparation. Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

If you arrive late, the session may be shortened in order to respect other scheduled appointments.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Online Sessions

For online sessions, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and access to the required platform before the session begins.

If technical issues occur on our side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Packages and Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable materials, journals and session packages are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

Unused sessions within a package may be rescheduled with appropriate notice.

Exceptions

Refund requests due to emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
